Course:
- Print parts.
- Put felt in hoop.
- Spray glue and lay billiard felt.
- Cut felt around board edge.
- Put rim on to hold felt in place as it dries.
- Cut hole, stab it, then cut it into 6 pieces.
- Prep hole insert to fit into hole retainer, this can be a real snug fit at times.
- Insert hole printed part.
- Make sure magnets are all properly aligned polarities.
- Glue in magnets.
Bell ramp:
- Print parts.
- Clear holes of print debris, poke with allen key.
- Insert square nuts into all squares and rectangle slots.
- Center end square nuts by pushing them into the slot.
- Screw m3 screw into square nuts to pull them to inside edge.
- Attach each side of ramp to each other with m12 screws.
- Insert m3 6mm screws into the 4 middle square nuts.
- Cut 100mm of fishing line.
- Wrap fishing line around first screw, screw in.
- Run line under bell bar and wrap around.
- Cross line into a knot and pull tight.
- Wrap other end if line around other side of screw, keep tight, tighten screw in. Keep it as tight as you can without breaking the line.
- Make sure bell is center or center it.
- Repeat with next bell mount with the center m3 6mm screws.
- If installed correctly, and bell is not hitting any solid edge, only suspended inbetween, you can make it ding with relative ease.
- Center bell as needed.
Ball Return
- Center bell ramp in between ball return rear.
- Use m3 6mm screws to mount rear return. if needed use a 12mm screw to pull it into place and then replace with the 6mm
- Use m3 12mm screws to mount ramp to front.
- Recommend an m3 allen wrench with a ball end for this side as the screws have to angle upward.
- Just get the ramp and its square nuts to hit the screws and start threading, using threading it to pull the ramp in to the slot.
- Make sure to align the ramp so that it lies at the proper horizontal 5 degree incline angle.
- Turn ramp upside down to make sure it clears and lays flat.
- Make sure ramp lays flat right side up.
- Make sure magnets are aligned polarities, glue in magnets.
Court:
- Print parts.
- Make sure magnets are aligned.
- Glue magnets.
- Put fuzzy felt in embroidery hoop.
- Spray board with adhesive.
- Lay felt.
- Cut felt.
